Hey! My name is Amy Bourdeau. I am the proud Broker and Owner of BlueStone Realty, LLC. I would love to tell you a little bit about myself and my experience as I believe that choosing who will represent you in your real estate transactions is one of the most important decisions you will make in the process! Having an agent that you “click with”, that you feel confident in and comfortable with can make or break your entire experience along this journey!
There are so many reasons behind why one needs or wants to buy or sell real estate. Exciting milestones such as first time buyers, job relocations, “move-ups”, growing family, working from home opportunities, recreation or investments! There are also those life moments that aren’t so happy like family changes, deaths, aging, financial changes. During these moments in life, who you have by your side guiding you is so important. I have experience with all of these moments and I’m confident that my clients and colleagues would say that I handle them with care, compassion, and positivity. My main goal is to make the process and your experience with it as stress free and smooth as possible. How do I do that? It’s simple.. I LISTEN. Communication is key with me. I promise not to treat you like a number or push things on you that aren’t in your best interest in achieving your goals just to make a sale. I won’t leave you wondering what’s going on with your transaction. And I will give you MY attention, always. Your contact will be with ME from start to finish!

A bit about myself personally:
I’m a life-long resident of the Duluth Area. Born and raised. I am now at the tail end of raising my own 3 children, so I’m very familiar with our areas and schools. My two daughters currently attend our local university, UMD. My son is a student at Denfeld High School. I have a lot of connections and experience with local sports, teachers, schools, etc!
My own professional real estate journey started back in 2003 after my second daughter was born. I had been working full time as a business analyst at a local large employer, and I wanted a change and a job that offered more flexibility to be home with my babies. My husband and I had been living in and renovating properties for resale. I wanted to expand on that because we enjoyed it so much. So i earned my real estate license that fall and started my 14+ years under an awesome team at Prudential Northland Realty. During those years, I focused a lot of my time on our personal investing and renovating. (Need a contractor for literally any trade? I have lots of referrals and personal experience for you!). I also worked in sales with friends and family and participated in office duties.
When my kids got a bit older and my broker was looking at retirement, I decided to expand my reach and my career by going out on my own and earning my Broker License. In 2017, BlueStone Realty, LLC was formed. I am proud of this company and my career and I’m excited to continue to grow! So in short, I am very knowledgeable of our area. I have extensive experience in real estate both for investing as well as for living. I know how to sell our neighbourhood and I know how to help buyers navigate our schools and anything else locally important to you. If I don’t have the answer, I’m very persistent and will find it. I’m laid back, approachable, and I want to make this a good experience for you.
